Please Note: Fees are to be paid at the time of your appointment or an additional fee may be charged. We require 3 hours’ notice for any cancellation. Failing to attend an appointment & not advising us of your inability to attend will result in a cancellation fee of $25 being charged.Our standard consult time is fifteen minutes. If the appointment takes longer you will be charged accordingly. If you need to discuss mental health or complex clinical issues, please book a double appointment.
We try our best to stay on time but this is not always possible due to emergencies and complications. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
